DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY FOR DRESSES

All UK orders will be shipped within 2-3 days of being received and are shipped via Royal Mail and charged at £5.95. If you require any special attention, including expedited shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order at anouk@anoukgeorgedesign.com.

All UAE orders will be sent by Aramex and charged at AED 60.00 and will be delivered usually within 2-3 business days from dispatch.

The UAE resident discount code ‘DUBAI2021’ can be applied at checkout. This is because production of the garment is based in Dubai and therefore overseas shipping charges or taxes are not applicable to deliveries within the UAE.

PACKAGING

Our dresses arrive in an ‘Anouk George’ canvas tote bag with signature black stitching. Perfect for using around town or at the beach.

RETURNS

We hope you will be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you would like to return something, we offer a full refund provided your item is sent back to us within 7 days of receiving it.

Returned items must be sent back in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags intact.

In the event of a return, please contact us at anouk@anoukgeorgedesign.com before posting your order to us.

We enclose a returns form with each order to be filled out and sent back with your item.

Once we receive your item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Please note that unless items are faulty, original delivery charges are non-refundable.  All costs for return postage are the responsibility of the customer.

Please make sure that your return is well packaged.  We strongly advise obtaining proof of postage/insurance from the post office as unfortunately we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Returns of damaged or faulty pieces must also be made within 7 days of receiving them.  Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt and contact us if there are any problems and we will offer full refund or issue a replacement. In the event of returns due to damaged/faulty items, your postage costs will also be refunded.
